Thank you for choosing My Daily Soothe. We pour care into crafting and carefully packing each order. Please review the following information about our production timelines, shipping procedures, and delivery estimates.
1. Processing & Production Times
Your order’s journey begins here, with timelines that vary by product type:
· Custom & Made-to-Order Items
This includes personalized zodiac lingerie, monogrammed silk sleep masks, and custom pillowcases.
· Production Time: Each piece is handmade for you and requires 7-10 business days to complete before it can ship. This period starts after order confirmation.
· Important: Once production on a custom item begins, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
· Ready-to-Ship Items
This includes our standard, non-customized silk products and accessories.
· Processing Time: These items are typically packed and ready to leave our studio within 1-3 business days.
2. Combined Orders & Shipping Transit
· One Order, One Shipment: If your order contains both custom and ready-to-ship items, we will hold the entire order until the custom piece is complete. All items will be shipped together in one package.
· Shipping & Delivery Estimate: Once shipped, please allow 7-15 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Carrier delays are possible and beyond our control.
· Total Timeline: For orders with custom items, your total wait time will be the custom production time (7-10 days) + the shipping transit time (7-15 days).
3. Shipping Costs & Order Updates
· Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99.
· Tracking Information: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.
· Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
4. International Orders, Duties & Taxes
· For orders shipped outside the United States, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict or control these charges.
5. Damages, Loss & Delays
· Insured Shipments: All orders are insured during transit. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue.
· Unforeseen Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs inspections, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
