Thank you for shopping at My Daily Soothe. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully.

1. Custom & Personalized Items

· All sales are final. Due to the bespoke nature of these products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for custom-made or personalized items (e.g., items with monograms, custom zodiac designs, or made-to-order specifications), unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Silk Products

· Final Sale for Non-Defective Items. Due to the delicate and luxurious nature of silk, all silk products are considered final sale once they leave our warehouse. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or general dissatisfaction.
· Exceptions for Defects. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for silk items that are damaged, defective, or materially different from the product description upon receipt. Please contact us within 7-14 days of delivery.

3. All Other Products (Non-Silk)

· We accept returns for non-silk, non-customized products within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging with tags attached.
· After inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Return Process & Shipping Costs

2. Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
3. Ship the Item: Send the unused item to the address we provide. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Inspection & Refund: Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval. Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days.

5. Shipping Fee Policy & Partial Refunds

· We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99.
· If a partial refund is issued (e.g., for one item in a multi-item order) and the remaining order value falls below $99, the original shipping fee of $12.00 will be deducted from your refund amount.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

· If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 7 days) at [mydailysoothe@outlook.com] with photos/video as proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.

7. Exchanges

· We only process exchanges for the same item in case of defect or our error. Due to inventory constraints, we cannot guarantee size or color exchanges for non-defective items.
