Browse our collections, add items to cart, and checkout. For custom items, select your color and add personalization details at text box. 

Do you offer discounts?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately at mydailysoothe@outlook.com with your order number. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we can make changes.

How long does shipping take?

  • Custom items: 7-10 business days production + shipping time
  • Domestic (US): 7-10 business days
  • International: 10-15 business days

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping on all orders $99+. Orders under $99 have a flat shipping rate of $12 (US).

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your location.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use it to track your package.

What can I customize?
Choose from 10+ colors, add monograms, zodiac signs, or special text. Specify details at checkout or contact us for complex designs.

How long do custom orders take?
All custom items are made-to-order and require 7-10 business days before shipping.

What type of silk do you use?
100% Mulberry Silk (6A grade, 22-momme)—the highest quality available.

Why is silk better than cotton?
Silk has less friction (prevents hair breakage & wrinkles), is naturally hypoallergenic, and regulates temperature.

How do I wash silk?
Hand wash in cool water with gentle detergent, or machine wash on delicate cycle in a mesh bag. Always air dry—never use the dryer.

How often should I wash my silk items?
Eye masks: weekly | Pillowcases: every 7-10 days | Headwear: after 2-3 wears


đź’ł RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
Non-Silk items return accepted within 30 days for unused, unwashed items. Custom/personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

How do I return an item?
Email us at mydailysoothe@outlook.com with your order number. We'll provide return instructions.

What if my item is damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll reply immediately.
